Afrobeats sensation David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido, has announced that his 5ive Tour will make a stop in Nigeria, featuring performances in several cities including Akwa Ibom, Adamawa, Enugu, Ibadan, and Lagos.

The multi-award-winning singer made the announcement on X (formerly Twitter) on Tuesday, revealing that the Nigerian leg of the tour will begin in Uyo, Akwa Ibom, on October 26.

“I’m blessed to perform all around the world, and everywhere I go — Nigeria goes with me. But this time, I’m bringing it home. After an unforgettable North American tour, it’s only right we bring that energy back where it all began. My 5ive Tour Nigeria, y’all ready? This one’s for the culture. This one’s personal. This one’s for us,” he wrote.

The 5ive Tour follows Davido’s string of sold-out concerts across the United States and Canada earlier this year, where he thrilled fans with performances from his Grammy-nominated album, Timeless.
