Big Brother Naija Season 7 winner Phyna has reacted to ongoing comments about her body changes and cosmetic surgery, saying many of the critics are only reacting because they no longer have her appearance to mock.
She shared this during a live session where she spoke about the attention her body transformation has been getting online.
According to her, people have been saying she spent all her money on the procedure, but she insisted that is not true.
She explained that the surgery was not paid for at once. She said she started paying in February 2025 and continued with small payments over time until she completed the full payment in August 2025.

She also said the procedure was first planned for September but was later shifted due to changes in timing.

Phyna added that much of the online talk around her body comes from people trying to create issues around her personal choices.
She maintained that her payment plan was gradual and arranged over several months before the surgery eventually happened.
She said: “Since I do my BBL and belle body just dey pain them because them no see wetin to use insult me again. They come dey talk say na all my money I use do BBL. Now let’s talk about that. My BBL, na installmental payment I do. I no know why people dey vex for me. I don dey pay for this BBL since 2025 February.
You go first dey pay small small den you go come go do am. Na for first week of August I pay finish. Na September I suppose go do am before wetin sup sup. Them come say October, but I was not in the mood then…”
