Merseyside club Liverpool has reached an agreement worth up to £123m to sign Paris Saint-Germain and France forward Bradley Barcola.
The French powerhouse originally valued their 23-year-old star at £145m. However, the Reds successfully negotiated an initial £106m fee alongside £17m in performance-related add-ons.
The explosive winger is expected to undergo a medical this weekend before signing a long-term Anfield contract. Naturally right-footed, Barcola prefers playing on the left, casting major doubt over Cody Gakpo’s future. Manchester City and Tottenham Hotspur have both signaled genuine interest in acquiring the Netherlands international.
