The Nigeria Football Federation has confirmed that it will hold its 81st Annual General Assembly in Ibadan, Oyo State, on Saturday, 27 September 2025.
Governor Oluseyi Abiodun Makinde will open the congress, and the assembly will gather representatives from all 36 state football associations, the Federal Capital Territory. This includes the club officials, coaches, and other stakeholders.
Discussions will cover governance reforms, financial reports, grassroots development, and preparations for upcoming international competitions.
Stakeholders will also review the performances of national teams and debate ways to boost youth football, women’s football, and refereeing standards.
