Super Eagles winger, Moses Simon, has fiercely condemned the horrific massacre that recently claimed over 200 lives in Benue State.
The incident, which reportedly spanned two brutal days — June 13 and 14, 2025 — saw armed assailants invade communities, unleashing terror that left countless men, women, and even children dead.
Reacting to the heartbreaking development, Simon did not hold back his emotions. Through his official X handle, the 29-year-old footballer described the carnage as a “sickening dimension” of violence that Nigeria must never allow to become normal.

In his passionate appeal, Simon called on Nigerians to unite against such senseless acts of brutality. He urged citizens not to stay silent but to boldly demand justice for the victims whose lives were tragically cut short.
