According to Mark, “Weāre adding the ability to share your screen during a video call on WhatsApp. Whether sharing documents for work, browsing photos with family, planning a vacation or shopping online with friends, or just helping grandparents with tech support ā screen sharing lets you share a live view of your screen during the call.”
WhatsApp users can now also enjoy video calls in Landscape mode, offering a broader and more engaging viewing and sharing encounter on smartphones.
It can be recalled that video calling was first introduced to all WhatsApp users in November 2016.

Furthermore, the company said it is currently introducing an enhanced user interface (UI) featuring translucent bars and fresh action sheets. The list of changes also highlights the ongoing rollout of a redesigned sticker tray, boasting improved navigation and a broader collection of stickers, including additional Avatars.
These various enhancements will be progressively rolled out in the upcoming weeks, as stated by the company. Just last month, WhatsApp, the messaging platform, had broadly introduced support for landscape mode during video calls and the option to silence unknown callers on iOS.
