Conor Benn delivered a commanding performance to finally settle one of British boxing’s longest-running family rivalries, as he outclassed Chris Eubank Jr in their rematch at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
Although 50 Cent ignited Eubank’s ring walk with a booming live performance, the American rapper’s star power could not prevent Benn from seizing a unanimous decision victory.
The result also symbolised the end of a saga that began 35 years earlier.
Despite losing their first meeting in April, Benn stepped into this contest with renewed focus and a smarter tactical approach. And, throughout the early rounds, he forced Eubank back with punishing right hands that repeatedly found their mark.
Despite Eubank’s attempt to settle into rhythm, he looked hesitant and lacked the sharpness required to keep Benn at bay.

Benn seizes control as Eubank struggles to respond
As the fight progressed, the momentum shifted firmly and consistently towards Benn. Trainer Brian “Bomac” McIntyre urged Eubank to change his approach, yet the 36-year-old could not adjust.
Moreover, he was constantly reacting to Benn’s feints rather than initiating exchanges. Even his father, Chris Eubank Sr, left his seat to demand urgency before the ninth round, but the response never came.
Because Benn combined measured aggression with clean shot selection, he gradually dismantled Eubank’s confidence. And, although the tension inside the stadium remained high, the pattern of the fight remained unchanged. Benn’s discipline, power, and relentless tempo overwhelmed his rival.

Consequently, he floored Eubank with a stiff jab-right combination before dropping him again seconds later. Although Eubank survived until the bell, the judges’ wide scorecards—119-107, 116-110, 118-108—reflected Benn’s utter dominance.
After the victory, Benn declared the long-running family feud finally complete.
Moreover, he expressed pride in accomplishing what his father Nigel never managed: defeating a Eubank. Despite the pressure, he maintained composure and produced the most complete performance of his career.
This defeat leaves Eubank Jr at a crossroads, and although he vowed to reassess his future, he admitted Benn was the better man.
