Nigerian actress Toyin Abraham has dismissed reports suggesting that her marriage to fellow actor Kolawole Ajeyemi is facing a crisis.
The speculation gained traction after UK-based Nigerian social media commentator Bukky Jesse alleged that the couple were no longer on good terms.
Jesse also claimed that Abraham had moved into a newly completed house, fuelling further speculation about the state of the actors’ marriage.
However, Abraham has publicly rejected the claims, using the comment section of an Instagram post to respond to the reports.
The actress prayed against anything that could bring about separation between her and Ajeyemi.
She wrote, “Ako loruko baba, Omo ati emi mimo. Ori wa ko, eleda wa ko.”
Abraham also addressed the issue directly under a recent Instagram post by Ajeyemi, where she reaffirmed her commitment to their marriage.
She wrote, “Oko Toyin. Forever is the deal.”
The couple, who have been married for several years, are among the prominent actor couples in Nigeria’s entertainment industry and have a daughter together.
Abraham’s comments come amid renewed public interest in the private lives of Nigerian celebrities, particularly when unverified claims about their relationships circulate on social media.
By publicly dismissing the reports and reaffirming her commitment to Ajeyemi, the actress sought to dispel the speculation surrounding their marriage.
