Media personality Daddy Freeze, has opened up about the reason behind his first marriage to his ex-wife, Opeyemi, saying it was largely influenced by pregnancy.
The on-air personality shared this during an interview with Chude Jideonwo, where he reflected on the early days of his marriage.
According to him, he was 24 years old while Opeyemi was 22 when they got married, and the union happened mainly because she became pregnant at the time.
Daddy Freeze explained that both of them were too young and not mature enough for marriage, adding that if pregnancy had not come into the picture, the marriage might not have taken place.

Speaking on life after their separation, he revealed that he has not been in contact with his children for nearly ten years.
He claimed his ex-wife has kept them away from him and that the children now live abroad.
The broadcaster described their union as one between two strong-willed individuals who could not agree on many things.
He added that even though the marriage failed, his greatest concern remains the lack of communication with his children.
He said: “We had no business getting married because we were very young and immature. I was 24, and she was 22 when we married. She was pregnant. If she were not pregnant, I’m not sure we would have gotten married. So pregnancy was one of the factors that influenced the marriage.
“It has been nearly ten years. My ex-wife and I are very stubborn. She will not hear, and I will not hear. It was two damaged people in a union. My only pain is marriage no work can I see or talk to my kids on the phone? They’re out of the country. I traced them but I don’t want to sneak up on them. If they want to see me, a DM on social.”
