Nigerian music executive Ubi Franklin has claimed that singer Kizz Daniel has the largest real estate portfolio among Nigerian artists, with properties estimated to be worth between ₦9 billion and ₦10 billion.
Franklin made the claim while speaking on the Afropolitan podcast, where he discussed the wealth and investments of some of Nigeria’s biggest music stars.
According to him, Kizz Daniel has built a huge property portfolio but has largely kept his real estate investments away from public attention.
He said the singer does not often publicize his properties despite the reported value of his assets.

He added that Burna Boy is also growing his property investments and could become a major name in the area.
He said: “Kizz Daniel has the biggest real estate portfolio among Nigerian artists, worth around ₦9–10 billion, but he doesn’t make noise about it. Only Davido comes close, while Burna Boy is also coming up”.
