Tobi said he has worked with more women than men in his career and does not focus on gender when choosing who to collaborate with.

He explained that his main concern is getting work done and producing good results.

He also shared that many of the women he has worked with have the same serious attitude toward work, focusing on creativity and productivity without allowing ego to affect the process.

He said, “If you don’t want to work with a woman, I don’t believe you’re ready to grow in life. Women are so powerful. Thank God for women. In my industry particularly, I have worked with women and I’ve worked more with women. I don’t see gender.

“For me, work is work because I came into the industry with the thirst to get stuff done. Let’s get the work done. Let’s shoot the shots. Let’s create. If I want to jump, how high can I jump?. A lot of the women I worked with welcomed that mentality with open arms. There was no ego.”
