The Chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), Joash Amupitan, has conducted an official study visit to key democratic institutions in South Korea as part of ongoing efforts to strengthen electoral administrative legal frameworks.
The INEC chief made the institutional visits on Tuesday while participating as a member of the International Election Observation Programme (IEOP) delegation.

During the tour, Amupitan and the international delegation visited the National Assembly of South Korea, the country’s unicameral legislative body, alongside the Constitutional Court of Korea.

The engagement offered the election management team direct insights into the structural dynamics of the South Korean electoral legal framework.
