Justine Madugu and Chiamaka Nnadozie have secured nominations for elite football awards, marking their influence across national and club-level women’s football in recent seasons.
Madugu earned a place among the nominees for Women’s Team Coach of the Year. Meanwhile, Nnadozie gained recognition as a Yachine Trophy contender, a global honour awarded to outstanding goalkeepers based on performance and consistency.

Over a nine-month stretch, she had collected the CAF Women’s Goalkeeper of the Year award. She also helped Nigeria claim a second WAFCON title and received the tournament’s Golden Glove for her sustained goalkeeping excellence.
In France, she had been instrumental in Paris FC’s rise, guiding the team into the league playoffs and securing UEFA Women’s Champions League qualification.
