The Ogun State Police Command has handed over TikTok influencer Abigeal Nsikak, popularly called Mirabel, to the State Ministry of Women Affairs and Social Development.
This followed her voluntary visit to a police station in connection with her widely discussed rape allegation.
The police confirmed that Mirabel arrived at the station willingly and underwent a full medical examination.
She has been cooperating with authorities throughout the investigation.
The Ministry of Women Affairs has taken responsibility for her care and will ensure she is available for further police inquiries as needed.

The case attracted national attention in mid-February after Mirabel shared emotional videos on TikTok describing an alleged home invasion and sexual assault at her residence in Ogijo, Ogun State.
The posts sparked public reaction, including commentary from celebrities and donations from members of the public.
The allegation later faced online scrutiny over claims of inconsistencies, such as missing phone records and no signs of forced entry at the property.
In a later discussion with activist VeryDarkMan, Mirabel said she might not have been raped, which led some to call for legal action for making a false report.
No arrests have been made so far, and the investigation is ongoing.
The Ogun State Police said all sexual assault reports are being handled seriously while ensuring fairness and adherence to the law.
The police also asked the public to avoid speculation and allow the investigation to proceed, promising to share updates as developments occur.
