Nigeria midfielder Alex Iwobi has assured fans that the Super Eagles are fully prepared for their 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifying clash against Rwanda.
The crucial match will take place on Saturday, September 6, at the Godswill Akpabio International Stadium in Uyo.
The three-time African champions find themselves in a tough position, having managed only one victory in their opening six qualifying games. With just seven points, Nigeria currently sit fourth in Group C, six points behind leaders South Africa.
Consequently, victory over Rwanda’s Amavubi has become non-negotiable if the Super Eagles are to keep their qualification hopes alive.
