The All Progressives Congress (APC) has invited aspirants seeking national offices to attend a mandatory screening exercise scheduled for Tuesday, 24 March 2026.
This was disclosed in a statement signed by Isa Yuguda, Secretary, Aspirants’ Screening Committee of the APC 2026 National Convention.

Yuguda described the exercise as a key stage in preparations to elect a new set of national leaders.
It added that only aspirants who had purchased and submitted their Expression of Interest and Nomination forms would be screened.

The screening will take place at the Transcorp Hilton, Abuja, and is expected to commence at 9:00 a.m.
Yuguda stressed that all aspirants must attend in person.
He advised candidates to arrive early and come along with all relevant documents to enable a smooth verification process.

Yuguda added that the exercise remains a compulsory requirement for all aspirants hoping to participate in the forthcoming National Convention, as the party moves to strengthen its internal structure ahead of future elections.
