Nigerian singer T-Dot has stepped into the ongoing social media dispute involving Davido and Wizkid’s official disc jockey, DJ Tunez, further intensifying the tension.
The controversy began after Davido publicly mocked DJ Tunez following the DJ’s recent confrontation with Burna Boy. The altercation reportedly occurred after DJ Tunez shared a post that many interpreted as a subtle jab at Davido.
DJ Tunez had reposted a photo of Wizkid wearing an outfit similar to one recently worn by Davido, adding the caption, “Original, no be fake,” a statement that sparked speculation of indirect criticism.
Taking offence, Davido fired back with a series of posts ridiculing DJ Tunez and referencing his clash with Burna Boy.
“You’re just a disgusting nasty fellow. Dem use boot carry your steeze forever. Idiot.
“E wa woo! Look he’s on the floor,” he wrote.

T-Dot, however, came to DJ Tunez’s defence, arguing that the DJ was not overpowered in the altercation but rather outnumbered by Burna Boy and his associates.
He also took a swipe at Davido, describing him as a “daddy’s boy” who benefits from his father’s influence and protection.
He wrote, “Tunez can never lose his steeze for that. He was 1vs10 and punched your besty right in the mouth when he saw they meant him harm. Where I’m from that shows heart. You never stood no where on this earth 10 toes down without your dad’s money, security, and your boys.”

In response, Davido dismissed the repeated claims about his reliance on family wealth, saying critics continue to recycle the same narrative.
“Your daddy your daddy nah only thing Una know … why ur papa no hustle … shut up n slide for Tunez.
“Na frustration you see inherit from your papa e reach to dey vex,” Davido added.
