In a bid to enhance customer convenience, MTN has rolled out simple steps for customers to unblock their line.

Customers can now unblock their lines anytime and from anywhere, ensuring uninterrupted service and connectivity.

To get started, visit MTN’s official website and follow the easy steps provided. For those who require additional support, MTN stores are open 7 days a week to assist with any issues or concerns.

However, an MTN official told our Correspondent that this process only works for MTN lines blocked due to an unlinked NIN.

He said, “This process works only if your MTN was blocked due to an unlinked NIN. If the block is due to an issue such as date of birth or photo mismatch, visiting an MTN office for rectification might be necessary.”
