Former Liverpool captain and footballing legend Steven Gerrard has just embraced an entirely new role – that of a grandfather – after his first daughter, Lilly-Ella, welcomed her first child at the age of 21.
The joyful announcement was made via Instagram, where Lilly shared a touching black-and-white photo of her partner, Lee Byrne, cradling their newborn while leaving the hospital.
She accompanied the image with a heartfelt caption that simply read, “2 becomes 3,” followed by a pink heart and baby emoji, symbolizing the arrival of the couple’s bundle of joy.
