Celebrity Nigerian cryptocurrency entrepreneur Linus Williams Ifejirika, widely known as Blord, has secured bail after spending several weeks in Kuje prison over allegations of impersonating social media commentator Martins Vincent Otse, also known as VeryDarkMan.

The development was disclosed on Friday by activist and former presidential candidate Omolere Sowore in a brief statement shared on his official Facebook page.

Sowore stated that Blord was granted bail on self-recognizance following his arraignment at the Federal High Court in Abuja.

However, the court imposed a condition requiring him to surrender his international passport.
