Nollywood actress Doris Ogala has issued an apology to comedian Akpororo after threatening to release private videos involving him.
The actress took to Instagram to express regret for her earlier statements, saying they were made in anger and may have caused misunderstandings.
She wrote: “I tender my sincere apology to Akporo. Whatever I said was said in anger. Any misconception it must have caused, please find it in your heart to forgive.”
The disagreement between Doris and Akpororo started after the comedian commented on her ongoing conflict with Pastor Chris Okafor, the founder of Mountain of Liberation and Miracle Ministries.
Akpororo advised Doris to handle the matter privately, noting that online criticism against Okafor, who is a pastor, might be misinterpreted.
He cautioned that sharing too much on social media could make her appear to be overreacting.

Doris responded strongly, stating that Akpororo did not understand her situation and had no right to instruct her on how to act.
She explained that public discussion was necessary for her safety and questioned his intentions, suggesting his advice might have been influenced by benefits received from Okafor.
In her initial posts, she also threatened to reveal alleged past misconduct involving women if Akpororo continued to interfere.
Akpororo later dismissed her claims and challenged her to release any videos she mentioned, denying any wrongdoing.
This episode adds to Doris Ogala’s ongoing dispute with Pastor Okafor, which began in late 2025.
Doris has accused the pastor of misconduct, including an incident in a Lagos hotel that she says left her unconscious. Okafor has publicly denied some of her allegations while apologising for others.
Doris stated that she forgave him but maintained that parts of his claims were false.
