The Lagos State Government, under the leadership of Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu on Tuesday presented cheques to 150 beneficiaries as compensation for lands acquired for developmental projects.
Mr Sanwo-Olu revealed this in a statement on his X page.
He said the symbolic public presentation underscored his governmentās commitment to fair compensation and inclusive development in the state.
Governor Sanwo-Olu highlighted that the compensations align with the stateās broader goal of fostering community involvement in projects that serve the public good.

The compensations he said are tied to key infrastructure projects aimed at improving urban mobility and enhancing the overall quality of life in Lagos.
