The Nigerian National Petroleum Company (NNPC) Limited has lowered the pump price of petrol in Abuja to N910 per litre.
This reduction was observed on Sunday at various NNPC filling stations across the capital.
Before the latest adjustment, petrol was being sold for N945 per litre.
The current drop shows a reduction of N35.
In areas like Lugbe, along Airport Road, the price also declined slightly to N935 per litre.
This change comes as global oil prices continue to fall.
As of June 4, Brent crude had dropped to $68.30 per barrel.
In response to the trend, Dangote Petroleum Refinery also reduced its ex-depot price of petrol to N840 per litre on July 1.
