A youth corps member serving in Lagos State, Ushie Rita Uguamaye popularly known as Raye has claimed that she was denied her National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) certificate after completing her service year.
This situation came to light after she reportedly failed to get clearance for the month of April from the Eti Osa Local Government Inspector (LGI).
Raye, who gained attention earlier over her criticism of Tinubu and for a controversial statement about Lagos, shared her experience in a video.
She said she showed up on her scheduled date for April clearance but was repeatedly told to wait and then ultimately refused service.
The LGI allegedly took her file and asked her to leave without clearing her.
She described her time serving in Lagos as frustrating and a waste of time.

Despite the difficulties, Raye said she plans to move on from the situation.
She expressed anger and disappointment over the way her clearance was handled but did not specify who she holds responsible.
The denial of her certificate is said to be because she did not clear for April, though she insisted she was present and ready to complete the process.
