Veteran Nollywood actress Shaffy Bello has shared the reason she has not ventured into movie production despite her long time in the film industry.
She made this known during an interview with media personality Morayo Afolabi, where she spoke about her career direction and focus.
According to her, she is an actor and prefers to stay within that space, doing the work she believes she has been called to do. She explained that she is using her acting platform to create impact and deliver her roles well.

She also pointed out that not every actor is meant to become a producer, as people have different paths in the industry. She added that while she is not currently into production, she is open to it in the future if it becomes part of her journey.

For now, she remains committed to acting and continues to take on roles that align with her focus in the film world.
“I’m an actor, every actor doesn’t have to be a producer, I face my lane, I do what God asked me to do. And he asked me to have an impact, he gave me a platform. If God gives you the grace to be a producer, run with it. I’m not saying never, but right now, that’s not what he has called me to do”, she said.
