The Kogi State Governorship Election Petition Tribunal on Monday confirmed Usman Ododo as the Governor of Kogi State.
The tribunal upheld the election of the All Progressives Congress (APC) candidate by rejecting the petition filed by Muritala Ajaka of the Social Democratic Party (SDP).
The three-member panel, chaired by Justice Ado Birnin-Kudu, determined that the SDP and its candidate, Murtala Ajaka, failed to substantiate their claims against the election results.
