Nollywood actress and filmmaker Ruth Kadiri has explained why she keeps her personal life separate from her work in the movie industry.
With over ten years of experience in Nollywood, the actress has managed to keep details about her family largely private.
Ruth Kadiri is married to a man whose identity remains unknown to the public.
The couple has two children, born between 2019 and 2022, but the actress only shares occasional photos of her kids on special occasions like birthdays, never revealing her husband.

In an interview with Jay On Air, Ruth Kadiri said she wants to protect her private life and avoid being defined solely by her public persona.
She said this balance allows her to grow professionally without sacrificing her personal fulfilment.
She said: “The last thing I want to do as a person is to lose myself in the process of being an entertainer. I need to be able to keep the wealth of happiness or fulfilment for myself whist growing and building what I want to build. And I’m not going to let anybody sway me.”
