The Nigeria Football Federation, NFF, will host an event today in Abuja to officially introduce Mr. Finidi George as the new Head Coach of the Senior Men National Team, Super Eagles.

Expected attendees include the Minister of Sports Development, Senator John Enoh, alongside other notable figures such as Mrs. Tinuke Watti, the Permanent Secretary in the ministry, Alhaji Ibrahim Musa Gusau, President of NFF, and Dr. Mohammed Sanusi, the NFF General Secretary.

George opted to forego an opportunity to coach a second-tier team in Spain in favor of returning to Nigeria to lead Enyimba FC, winners of the CAF Champions League twice.

Under his leadership, the team clinched the Nigeria Elite Division title in his second season and is currently in contention for another title this season.
