The recently suspended Humanitarian Affairs and Poverty Alleviation Minister, Betta Edu, has arrived at the headquarters of Economic and Financial Crimes Commission.
Edu was invited by the EFCC over alleged N585 million fraud in her ministry.
News Round The Clock earlier reported that President Bola Tinubu suspended Edu following widespread news over the alleged N585 million fraud.

The minister was suspended on Monday, by President Bola Tinubu, over the alleged payment of N585 million humanitarian fund meant for payment of grants to vulnerable groups in Akwa Ibom, Lagos, Cross River and Ogun states into a private account.
Betta Edu is the first minister to be suspended from office since members of the Federal Executive Council were sworn in last year August.
