Tinubu praised the swift and decisive actions of the Nigerian Armed Forces, particularly the air component, which launched effective retaliatory airstrikes against the terrorists.

The targeted raids resulted in the neutralization of numerous militants and the destruction of their assets as they attempted to escape.

The President further urged the military to intensify its efforts in proactively targeting terrorist and bandit camps, especially in the Northwest, where these criminals continue to wreak havoc on innocent communities.

He also appealed to Nigerians and the media to stand in support of the military’s ongoing efforts to restore peace and security across the nation, acknowledging the significant role that collective effort plays in securing the country.
