Renowned Afrobeats singer, David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido has called out Manchester United after their breathless 4-3 Champions League loss to FC Copenhagen on Wednesday.
Recall that Copenhagen made an impressive comeback to defeat 10-man Manchester United, dealing a blow to United’s chances of qualifying for the last-16 with Erik ten Hag.
Reacting to the English side’s loss despite Rasmus Hojlund’s double at the start of the game, Davido admitted that he doesn’t typically watch football but Manchester United could have performed better.

Davido expressed concern about the club and its fans, noting that their frequent complaints have become a recurring issue.
The singer wrote on his X (formerly Twitter) “I don’t watch ball like that … but come Wetin Man U do so?? Every week una dey complain. Enlighten me pls.”
As of press time, Manchester United currently sits at the bottom of Group A with three points while Bayern Munich holds the top position with a commanding twelve points.
