‎FC Barcelona have confirmed that 18‑year‑old forward Lamine Yamal has suffered a hamstring injury in his left leg, ruling him out for the remainder of the season. 

The club announced on its official X account on Thursday, April 23, that medical tests revealed damage to the biceps femoris muscle. “The player will follow a conservative treatment plan and is expected to be available for the World Cup,” the statement read.
