Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu of Lagos State has commissioned the first phase of the Ajara Housing Scheme in Badagry, delivering 420 new homes to residents of the state.
He made this known in a statement posted on his X page on Wednesday.
The governor revealed that the project, which began some years ago, had been stalled before his administration intervened to resolve outstanding challenges and revive construction.
The Ajara Housing Scheme is now the 24th housing estate completed and delivered by the current administration.
