In a statement issued on Saturday, her family announced that a Service of Songs will take place on January 20, followed by a candlelight procession at LTV 8 Compound, Agidingbi, Ikeja, Lagos.

The statement also disclosed that an artiste night will hold the same day from 8pm to 12pm at the Multi-purpose Hall, LTV8, Agidingbi, Ikeja, Lagos, while her burial is scheduled for Wednesday, January 21.

Before her passing, the singer had publicly appealed for prayers and divine healing, with her condition drawing widespread concern after a video showing her visibly unwell surfaced online.

In the footage, Bunmi Akinnaanu was seen struggling to speak and shedding tears during a prayer session.

She had a bandage on her hand, and her leg appeared swollen as a pastor prayed for her healing, encouraging her to maintain faith and trust God for recovery and testimony.

Weeks later, fellow gospel singers Yinka Alaseyori and Sarah Apekeola took to social media to seek financial support for her medical care. Other artistes, including Olabest, Alayo Melody, and Lanre Alewilese, also joined in appealing to fans and well-wishers for assistance.
