Controversial Nigerian singer Portable has spoken out after losing a recent celebrity boxing match, directing his anger at fellow artistes Davido and Zlatan over how they responded to the outcome.
The singer said he felt disappointed by the way many figures in the entertainment scene turned up for the fight.
According to him, these same people often ignored his music shows but made time to attend the match because they wanted to see him fail.
He described the turnout as proof that some individuals are more interested in his setbacks than his progress.
Portable also claimed that some people in the industry have been rejoicing over his loss. He argued that despite what happened in the ring, he still gained financially from the event and has continued to move forward.

He added that the situation has not reduced his standing, as he remains active and focused on his personal life, including celebrating the arrival of his newborn child.

He insisted that his songs are doing well and that this may be the reason behind the reactions he has received since the fight.
He maintained that while others may try to bring him down, he believes he is still ahead in his own path.
