The organisers of the Big Brother Naija reality TV show have advised Nigerians to ignore anyone asking for money for its audition process.
They said there is no payment required, and any message or person requesting fees for the audition is not genuine.
According to a statement shared on Instagram, the audition process for Big Brother Naija remains open to eligible Nigerians without any charge.
They added that people should only depend on official updates from Africa Magic and the official Big Brother Naija platforms to avoid being misled.

They explained that the claims about payment for auditions are false and should not be taken seriously.

The organisers also reminded the public that the process is free and open to qualified participants across the country.
They recently announced that auditions for the 11th season will begin on May 22.
Interested applicants are expected to register between May 16 and May 20 before they can take part in the physical auditions.
After registration, selected candidates will receive confirmation messages for the in-person auditions scheduled to hold from May 22 to May 24.
The auditions will take place in Lagos, Abuja, and Enugu.
