Nigerian music star Peter Okoye, popularly known as Mr P and formerly part of the defunct P-Square duo, has warned an X (formerly Twitter) user, Ademola Ogodu, over a social media post he described as deeply offensive to his late mother.
The singer took to his verified X account to strongly condemn the post, expressing anger over what he viewed as a disrespectful and unacceptable remark.
He made it clear that he would not condone any form of insult directed at his late mother.

“This post about my late mother is unacceptable and deeply hurtful. You’ve crossed the line. Take it down and apologise immediately, or I will take legal action. This madness on social media must stop,” he wrote.
