The winner of the German Bundesliga, French Ligue 1, and the Spanish La Liga have been decided. But there is still much at stake in the English Premier League and the Italian Serie A as the decision of who wins the title will be decided on the last day.
In the English Premier League, Manchester City will have to win and secure the Premier League title for another season without caring about what Liverpool play against Wolves.
So, Pep Guardiola’s men must finish the business at the Etihad in order to secure their only title of the season. Losing will hand impetus to Liverpool who are chasing a quadruple with a chance to set a new record.
The Reds are having one of their best seasons having won all the domestic titles on the table, except for the Premier League. They are hoping for another Manchester City slip to reclaim the title they won two seasons ago.
Liverpool are a point behind City with fewer goals difference. So, a win for City will end Liverpool’s quadruple ambition and hand City the title.

Tense day in the Premier League
This final day drama is happening for the first time in 10 years to see the title, top four and relegation are yet to be fully decided before the final day.
Leeds United and Burnley are still battling the drop zone while Arsenal still hopes to get the top four position after losing their last two games.
The race for the top four is purely in the hands of Tottenham Hotspurs who travel to relegated Norwich and are expected to win with Son and Kane in scintillating form.
Arsenal on the other hand welcome Everton to the Emirates hoping for the unlikely help from already relegated Norwich.
Norwich would want to get at least a win for their fans before returning to the Championship. It is expected to be a tight affair but Spurs have the resources to nip another one here.
Burnley will hope to cause an upset in order to secure the Premier League survival when they play Newcastle. They need nothing more than a win at Turf Moor to make this possible and it would be an uphill task for in form Newcastle to get a result at Burnley who will be fighting for their lives.
Everton have left the relegation battle for Leeds and Burnley after a comeback win against Crystal Palace. Burnley have a superior goal difference. They will be hoping to defeat in-form Newcastle while Leeds play Brentford.
AC Milan is on the brink of history
It seems Champions League, Europa League and Conference League positions have been decided in the Italian Serie A.
What is left to be decided is who wins the title between AC Milan and their city rivals, Inter.
All Milan must do is record maximum points at Sassuolo to clinch their first Serie A title. As things are, Inter shouldn’;t find it hard to get maximum points against Sampdoria at home.
Any slip for Milan means they will miss an opportunity for another title that may elude them for years to come.
Milan is leading inter with two points, but Inter has a superior goals difference.
Thus, it is in the hands of AC Milan to do the needful and get their hand on the Scudetto.
