Reacting to the record turnout, the Executive Secretary of the LJLA, Ayisat Agbaje-Okunade, described the figures as a clear indicator of the untapped talent and leadership potential among Nigeriaโs youth.
โWe are inspired by the overwhelming response from young Nigerians across the country,โ Agbaje-Okunade said.
“The volume and quality of applications received over the years continue to reaffirm our belief that Nigeria is filled with visionary, passionate, and solution-driven young people who are eager to serve and lead with purpose.โ
Selection process
With thousands competing for limited slots, the Academy has moved into a multi-tiered selection phase.
