Burna boy shows his musical prowess in this 19-track project called released on the 8th of July 2022. The album came from a personal place as Burna boy touched on issues like love and romance, and heartbreak, where he profoundly expressed ‘ na everybody go chop breakfast’.

V – Asa:

Asa sits on our top 5 with V released on the 25th of February 2022, Asa expanded her horizons by using a blend of Afro beats and r&b soul.

The light-hearted theme of love, friendship, and joy makes this album just perfect for Saturday mornings and weekends.

Mr Money with the vibe- Asake:

Is our top 5 album list even complete without this album?

Asake made his stamp as a talented performing artist on the 8th of September.

Using lyrics and groovy beats to win to get many many disciples. You have to listen to this one to catch the Asake vibe.

Boy Alone-Omah lay:

Omay lay showed us the ups and downs of being a celebrity.

Released on July 15, Boy alone addressed mental health issues that the male child might not be comfortable sharing and proved to us why we all fell in love with Omah lay during the lockdown.7
