Governor Okpebholo emphasised that good governance and effective public service delivery are central to his administrationā€™s agenda.

He said, ā€œEdo people voted for us to provide good governance, and public service delivery will be key to achieving that goal. Gone are the days when anything goes in public service. My administration will not tolerate indolence or lackadaisical attitudes toward work.ā€

He further stressed the importance of building a dynamic civil service team, committed to their duties and aligned with the administrationā€™s vision of a better Edo State.

ā€œWe will ensure that public servants in Edo State are constantly trained and repositioned to achieve our dream of a better Edo,ā€ he said.
