Politics: Akeredolu’s remains arrived in Nigeria
Former Governor Rotimi Akeredolu’s remains have arrived in Nigeria. NRTC WEEKLY gathered that the remains of the late Governor Akeredolu arrived in Nigeria on Friday.
The plane that carried his body arrived in Nigeria at 3:39 p.m. on Friday as disclosed in a statement by his Chief Press Secretary, Richard Olatunde.
The late governor’s remains were brought from Germany, where he passed away, and were received by his wife, Betty Anyanwu-Akeredolu, his children, and siblings, led by Prof. Wole Akeredolu, his immediate younger brother, and other political figures in the country.
His remains are currently at the morgue pending final burial.

Metro: Olofa Ina’s death
Tears flowed freely on Thursday as veteran Yoruba actor, Deji Aderemi, popularly known as Olofa Ina passed away.
NRTC WEEKLY gathered that he died in Ede, Osun State at the age of 73. It was gathered that the actor died after struggling with sickness.
As of press time, the actor had been laid to rest.
