The Lagos Court of Appeal has upheld the tribunal’s decision, affirming Babajide Sanwo-Olu and Obafemi Hamzat as the Governor and Deputy Governor of Lagos state.
In a unanimous ruling, the justices of the Appeal Court dismissed the Peoples Democratic Party’s (PDP) appeal, citing a lack of merit.

The judgement was delivered by Justice Yargata Nimpa, Justice Samuel Bola, and Justice Paul Bassey.
